【 Heat Resistance 】 It has heat resistance performance up to 125°C at all times and can handle up to 150°C for short periods. It has a proven track record in transporting resin pellets during the drying process, transporting high-temperature powders (including metal powders), and conveying hot air in printing machines and compressors. It can handle temperature ranges that are difficult for general PVC to manage, and it is also suitable for hot water disinfection. 【 Abrasion Resistance 】 Using high-quality premium polyurethane (Pre-PURⓇ) that is approximately four times more abrasion-resistant than PVC, it offers durability and improved productivity. Additionally, it incorporates anti-static steel wire embedded within the hose wall, providing excellent flexibility, making it easy to install in tight spaces and maneuver freely. Furthermore, despite being a polyurethane hose, it uses high-quality materials that are resistant to hydrolysis, showing minimal degradation even after a two-month immersion test in 80°C hot water (whereas typical polyurethane would break down in the same period), demonstrating outstanding durability. *Note: The spring steel wire is embedded on the outside of the hose wall, reducing the risk of contamination.
